The 2nd European Zurkhaneh Sports Championship was held in Frankfurt-Germany, 13-17 December 2009 With the Presence of Mr. Wolfgang Baumann Secretary General of TAFISA and Dr. Nickel President of Landessportbund Hessen e.V.as well as the 7th IZSF EC Meeting.This prestigious event was hold with the representative of 20 Countries. In this event Azerbaijan achieved 1st place, Germany 2nd place, Belgium and Austria the common 3rd place.
